To finalize the purchase process, we require the following documents from you:
- License agreements
- MLS (Microsoft Licensing Statement), if available
- Proof of purchase (invoices, CPS = Customer Price Sheet)
- Extracts from the VLSC (snips) showing the licensee, license agreements, and products
- Keys (MAK and KMS) for the products to be sold, including downgrade keys for the two previous versions (e.g., when selling Office 2019, we require the keys for versions 2019, 2016, and 2013)
- Important: the number of possible activations must be at least equal to the number of licenses you are selling to us
- If applicable, ISO files (upon prior coordination with us; if the ISO is already available on our side, this point does not apply)
Once we have reviewed all required documents and found them to be sufficient, you send us the signed declaration of destruction and your invoice, which we will pay within 14 days to the account you have specified.
