The only difference between “used” and new software is that the license of the “used” software previously belonged to another owner and was used by them. Since software does not undergo physical wear and tear, factors such as reliability are generally not affected. The used version of a software is always equivalent to the corresponding new product. In software remarketing, the original owner transfers the license and the associated usage rights to MRM.
